Who we are: a broker, not a lender

121 Brokers is a finance broker, not a lender. We arrange business-purpose finance only and we compare options from our panel of lenders. We may receive a commission from the lender if your finance settles. We do not set interest rates, fees or terms, and we do not approve finance. Approval, rates, fees and timing are determined by the lender and subject to its credit criteria. 121 Brokers does not arrange consumer credit regulated by the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth).

General information, not advice

The information on this website is general in nature and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer of finance or a quote. Any rates, structures, timings or examples described are illustrative and are set by lenders, not by us.
